Don't Trust Intero

Intero Real Estate took our money and turned their back on us. Be very careful.

Andy Tse, Intero Agent

Andy introduced us to a buyer and told them the size house they could build on our lot. The buyer was not able to and sued us directly because of what Andy told them.

In fairness, Andy tried to make things better, but he's just an Agent and didn't have the power to get Intero to act. His company had no interest in standing by their customer.

Christopher Moles, Intero Lawyer

When we were sued by the buyer introduced to us by Intero for something they were told by Intero, we asked Intero to help us with legal advice and work multiple times but were refused.

So, we paid tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and spent 100s of hours defending ourselves.

When the buyer took us to mediation, we asked Intero to participate, but they refused.

When the buyer filed a lawsuit, we asked Intero to participate, but they refused.

Finally, we were forced to sue Intero to bring them into the buyer's lawsuit.

Chris was the legal owner behind these decisions. He decided it was better to turn his back on a customer and hope we'd settle this Intero issue on our own.

Tom Tognoli, Intero CEO

Tom refused to meet us to discuss, and instead forced us into a lawsuit.

Nobody ever called us from Intero and expressed sympathy. Nobody accepted blame. Nobody offered to help. We'd never been sued before and have taken on this Intero problem on our own.
